Intro - Stretch

[Stretch]

Hello all, I already introduced myself on the Discord, but here's a longer intro for those who want to know more about me.

My sim experience:

• Started flying the F-16 way back with Falcon 1.06
• Continued flying it through Falcon 4 AF and to this day with Falcon BMS
  • Longtime, semi-active member of the 72nd VFW, a Falcon BMS squadron
  • Lead pilot and instructor pilot qualified
• Flew DCS from back in the DCS: BS days
  • Member of the inactive JTF-1/55th FS, a DCS: F-16 squadron
  • Lead pilot and instructor pilot qualified
• Also familiar in the DCS A-10C, F/A-18C, and a few other airframes

My IRL experience:

• Software developer working at an aviation startup
• ATP rated pilot
• Own and fly a Vans RV7
  • Participate in formation events through organizations like Red Star
  • Participate in simulated BFM through events like BonesFest

Welcome Stretch! Appreciate the intro, you’ve got one heck of a resume, both in and out of the sim world.

Always nice to see a seasoned BMS hand crossing over to our neck of the woods in DCS. We’re a tight-knit group with a strong emphasis on organized, realistic flying but we keep it milsim lite fun and community focused.
