Virtual 303rd Fighter Group
Founded August 31, 2022
About Us
We are a US-based virtual aviation group focused on modern USAF tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs). While we welcome members from the international community, applicants must be able to routinely fly during evening hours across US time zones. The Virtual 303rd Fighter Group currently operates the DCS A-10C II, DCS F-16C, and the DCS C-130J forming a balanced combat and airlift force within DCS World.
Our members collectively bring more than 6,200 sorties and 10,300+ multiplayer flight hours across a wide range of platforms, including the DCS A-10C, F-15E, F-16C, OH-58D, AH-64D, CH-47F, and C-130J. Active pilots fly most US evenings, with standard flight nights on Thursdays and Sundays at 1900 Eastern, and additional sorties frequently launching as late as 2100 Eastern. Several members have prior or current real-world military aviation experience across the USAF, USN, USARMY, and USMC, and we actively share that experience to elevate the group as a whole.
The Virtual 303rd Fighter Group is a mil-sim-lite organization built around disciplined training, realistic tactics, and high end combat operations without losing sight of the fact that this is a hobby. We are a close-knit, professional community that values teamwork, maturity, and a family-first mindset, fully understanding real-world commitments and responsibilities.
If this sounds like the type of squadron you’re looking for, keep an eye out for application openings. Once an application is submitted, Qualified applicants will be contacted to schedule an interview.

Missions & Sorties
We host a dedicated server primarily on the DCS Germany map operating out of Ramstein AB, as our homestations. When TDY/Deployed, the server runs that theater for the duration of our mission orders. Members typically fly weekly for scheduled and unscheduled sorties.
Scheduled events are published via the Flight Schedule calendar and discussed within private member areas. For weekly flight info, reach out via our forums or Discord.
